Episode 5 of GBBO was pastry week, a notoriously hard task requiring expert detail and focus, something many of this year's contestants have been lacking so far. Emma and Crossy discusses last night’s big winners who left the tent for good, as well as why Bake Off has a habit of trying posh up so many of its delicious baked goods throughout the series. We also hear Emma dishing out some questionable food safety advice for chocolate eclairs, so be warned - Do Not Eat Frozen Eclairs...
