  • Welcome back to the tent, American style! Yep no beans on toast here. It’s episode 1 of season 3 of The Great American Baking Show on The Roku Channel. It’s biscuits week and our bakers are challenged by tuiles, marshmallow, and cookie-based constructions. 8 of America’s best amateur bakers hang out in a tent in a bucolic English countryside and bake their bums off. Daniel Freiburger, one of this season’s 8 bakers joins us to discuss his time in the tent, how he started baking, and what’s it like to have a super cool last name.
