Have you heard that all the girlies are doing the “Great Lock In” challenge? The new social media trend is billed as a way to laser-focus on self-improvement before December 31 rolls around. The premise: Get a head start on New Year’s resolutions or restart an abandoned goal for side hustles, diet, fitness, sleep, or creative hobbies.
