We talk about energy systems (and how it flows), the difference between light and dark energy, how your thoughts influence your energetic state, and how your experiences, and even those of your ancestors, can live within your energy field.


    Most importantly, I share practical energy cleansing practices you can begin using in your daily life to release heavy energy and return to your natural state of clarity and love.
