Darya Kamkalova is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and ecosystem builder. After more than a decade in tech, she shifted her focus to increasing women’s representation in entrepreneurship and investment, unlocking untapped potential, and driving innovation.

Through her podcast Venturing Women, she has amplified women’s voices, highlighted role models, and fostered conversations on breaking systemic barriers. Her work connects capital, mentorship, and opportunity—challenging outdated systems and advocating for a future where diverse founders and investors drive economic growth.
