I met James at an open mic in Tampa in 2019, and we became fast friends. We began playing almost nightly in the Tampa area at open mics all over town, refining our sets and building our networks. Eventually, I helped him finalize the release of his official epic prog-rock album Drakus, a double LP featuring over 80 minutes of original music.
