Earlier this year, I came across Tony Robbins' concept of the Four Archetypes at the Time to Rise Summit, and it has stayed with me ever since. These archetypes offer a compelling framework for understanding how we approach challenges, opportunities, and our own potential.

Robbins describes four key archetypes that represent different aspects of our identity. These are not fixed labels but rather states of being we can call upon as needed. Understanding them can help us become more intentional in how we show up in the world.

The Magician sees opportunities where others see roadblocks. It is about wisdom, intuition, and problem-solving. The Magician believes, "I can create a solution to anything." This perspective is invaluable when innovation and adaptability are needed.

The Lover is driven by deep connection—to people, purpose, and life itself. It reminds us to embrace joy, empathy, and authenticity. The Lover whispers, "I value relationships, kindness, and realness above all." When life feels chaotic, this archetype helps realign us with what truly matters.

🔹 The Sovereign: Vision and Leadership
The Sovereign embodies strategic thinking, patience, and long-term success. This archetype understands, "I might lose a battle, but I will win the war." It helps us stay calm and committed, making choices that align with a bigger vision rather than short-term emotions.
