In the heart of the city, the Coleridge Tower symbolized success, where Lena worked on the 32nd floor. One day, she hears whispers about a mysterious "Forgotten Floor," said to trap those who venture there. Curious, she discovers a ghostly imprint of a 13th floor on the elevator panel and, unable to resist, presses it.

When the elevator doors open, Lena finds a dim, eerie hallway filled with whispers and locked doors. As she wanders, time loses meaning, and her memories begin to fade.
