Our external reality mirrors our internal landscape, revealing the limitations and beliefs we hold within ourselves. By becoming aware of the language that signals our unconscious boundaries, we can challenge these inherited beliefs and open ourselves to greater possibilities.

• Most limitations come from collective consciousness beliefs we've never questioned
• Awakening happens when we realize these limitations aren't absolute truths
• Five phrases to eliminate: "I can't afford it," "I can't," "it's too hard," "it will take too long," and concerns about others' judgments
• Replacing "I can't afford it" with "how can I make this happen?" opens possibilities
• Using "I won't" instead of "I can't" acknowledges choice rather than limitation
• Ask "who or what will make this easier?" instead of declaring something "too hard"
• Time passes regardless—invest it in what matters rather than avoiding what "takes too long"
• Going against others' expectations allows us to express our authentic selves
• Challenge limiting beliefs by asking "Is this actually true? Is this a truth I want to live by?"
• Internal changes must precede external changes
