  • ADHD and Getting Stuck in the Idea Phase
    Feb 4 2026

If you’re great at ideas but struggle to turn them into something sustainable, this episode is for you.

In this episode, I share a personal reflection on discovering I have ADHD and how that reshaped the way I understand entrepreneurship, focus, and follow-through.

Drawing on research into ADHD and entrepreneurial passion, we explore why many ADHD entrepreneurs thrive in the idea and creation phase, yet feel stuck when it comes to building, maintaining, or growing a business. It’s not a lack of motivation or discipline — it’s often a mismatch between where our passion sits and what the business actually requires to move forward.

This episode breaks down the three types of entrepreneurial passion (inventing, founding, and developing), explains why relying solely on ideas can lead to stalled progress, and offers a more compassionate, practical way to think about growth without self-blame.

    Key Talking Points

    • Why ADHD entrepreneurs often excel in the idea phase
    • The difference between inventing, founding, and developing in business
    • How over-reliance on ideas can quietly stall progress
    • Why getting stuck isn’t a personal failure
    • How understanding your passion patterns can change how you build your business

    Listener Reflection Prompts

    • Where do I spend most of my energy in my business — ideas or execution?
    • Do I tend to start things easily but struggle to finish them?
    • What parts of my business feel heavier than they should?

    Who This Episode Is For

    • Entrepreneurs with ADHD or ADHD traits
    • Creatives and idea-driven business owners
    • Anyone who feels stuck between having great ideas and building something sustainable

    Key Takeaway

Being stuck in the idea phase doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It often means you’re brilliant at inventing — and need more support around building and growing.

  • What I'm Leaving Behind in 2026 (And Why Cashflow Changed Everything)
    Jan 9 2026

Welcome back to the first episode for 2026.

This episode I am touching on a few things around 2025 - what went well and what I am focussing on for 2026.

Then I want to dive into the biggest thing I want everyone in business to get better with in 2026 - cashflow.

A few years ago, I was in so much financial stress that I couldn't pay my tax obligations. I'd left a toxic relationship, I was focused on keeping my kids housed and fed, and my business just wasn't making enough.

For two years, I couldn't pay my BAS. The ATO debt piled up. And the shame and stress of it was crushing.

I engaged a business coach to help me learn how to manage my cashflow better. Learning cashflow forecasting changed everything. Not just my business - my entire life.

In this episode, I'm getting really vulnerable about my financial struggles and sharing the exact system that helped me take back control. I also talk about what I'm leaving behind in 2026 - comparison, guilt, people's expectations, the pressure to do it all, overcommitting, the idea of being busy, self-doubt, and perfectionism.

    We dive into:

    • My personal story of financial stress and ATO debt
    • Why cashflow forecasting is a game-changer
    • What needs to change from 2025 to 2026
    • The things we ALL need to leave behind this year

If you've ever felt financially overwhelmed in your business, or like you're just surviving instead of thriving, this episode is for you.
