With our plates feeling full, whether preparing for the holidays or navigating the everyday changes happening in our world. Our careers, families, friends, and never-ending commitments where and how can self-care fit in, and what about a really good piece of bacon?
Join me as I welcome Lishka, a Master’s student and Master’s graduate who has amazing insight into this self-care thing.
So let’s get started because as always, the clues await.
