The sermon for Ash Wednesday, which is the first in our Lenten Sermon series, The Eyes of Faith, where we take a look at the saints of old and how they were looking forward to the death and resurrection of Christ. The texts that serve as the foundation for our sermon are Joel 2:12-19, Psalm 51, 2 Corinthians 5:20—6:10, & Matthew 6:1–6, 16–21.
