Annat describes her interest in everyday systems of relationships, trauma and criticism, as well as the importance of sibling dynamics. Annat touches on her own story, her development as an only child, experiences of therapy, and how she integrates Focusing into her closest personal relationships. She has taken these interests and influences and developed what she calls Home Focusing.
