Our journey took us from sunny California to the historical landmarks of Georgia, then on to the vibrant beaches of Miami, Florida. We even visited the iconic Kennedy Space Center and explored the rich history in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, before making our way to the captivating sights of Washington, D.C., along with many other incredible places. It was honestly one of the "BEST" vacations I have ever experienced in my entire life! The “Plus” is all the magical moments and unforgettable experiences that happened in between each destination.

True listening requires empathy, patience, and an open mind to absorb the message without immediately jumping to conclusions or offering advice.

    It involves:

    Active Engagement: Rather than just waiting for your turn to speak, you focus on the speaker, ask clarifying questions, and reflect on what they’ve said to ensure understanding.

    Empathy: You try to understand the speaker’s perspective, emotions, and motivations. This builds a connection and shows respect for their thoughts and feelings.

    Non-Judgmental Attention: Listening without rushing to judge or interrupt fosters a sense of trust and allows the speaker to feel heard and valued.

    Mastering this skill can improve communication, build stronger relationships, and lead to better problem-solving, as it allows you to genuinely understand others and respond thoughtfully.

It typically comes from sources like rental properties, dividends from investments, royalties from creative work, or income generated from a business where you aren't actively managing daily operations. The key characteristic of passive income is that it allows you to earn money over time with minimal ongoing effort or active participation.

    These two words should be very important to you as you are getting older, because without "Creativity or Passive Income", your lifestyle can be impacted greatly, unless you plan on moving to a third-world country that you can survive on $1,000 a month USD?? 🤣🥳🎉🪁- Nooooooooo!
