  • A New Relationship with Wealth with Sarah McCrum
    Apr 11 2026

In this conversation, I dialogue with Sarah McCrum, author of Love Money Money Loves You, and what unfolds is a deep and unexpected exploration of money as energy, as relationship, and as something that is actually responding to us.

Sarah shares how, in the aftermath of a devastating business collapse, she began receiving what can only be described as a transmission. What started as journaling turned into a body of work that has now impacted thousands of people’s relationship with money, generosity, and value.

We explore what it means to be in relationship with money rather than in pursuit of it, and how our thoughts, emotions, and even subtle contractions can shape what we receive or block.

This conversation moves between the mystical and the practical, from channeling and energy transmission to pricing, service, and building a business rooted in integrity.

    We talk about
    • why money responds to clarity, openness, and trust
    • how generosity and service actually create flow
    • the discipline of not turning against yourself when you feel fear or contraction
    • why making money for its own sake feels empty
    • and how true wealth includes purpose, contribution, and alignment

One of the most powerful threads is the idea that as we expand our capacity with money, we are also stepping into greater responsibility. Not just for ourselves, but for what we are here to contribute.

This is a conversation about power, trust, and the quiet, steady rewiring of how we relate to receiving.

  • Right Sized Business + Ecstatic Grief with Amber Lilyestrom
    Apr 5 2026

“I just let myself feel the ecstatic grief of all of that in the moment.” - Amber Lilyestrom

In this deeply moving and expansive conversation, I dialogue with Amber Lileystrom about what it means to build a life and business that actually reflects who you are now, not who you’ve been conditioned to be.

Amber shares how her work has evolved into something more intimate, more precise, and more truth led. We explore the shift away from constant scaling into what she calls “right sized business,” where your life, your values, and your actual capacity guide what you create.

We talk about identity, self trust, and the patterns that quietly shape our results, especially in business and money. Amber introduces her Money Codes Method and how uncovering adaptive safety patterns can radically shift what’s possible without forcing or overcomplicating the process.

There’s also a powerful reframe around the nervous system. Amber questions the language itself, offering the idea that what we call the nervous system might actually be more like a grounding system or a root system, something stabilizing rather than something inherently anxious.

And at the end of this episode, Amber shares a poem from her book Little Big Beautiful Things, which is truly one of the most powerful moments of the conversation. It’s a visceral, emotional reflection on life, love, motherhood, and being held that you can feel in your body as you listen.

    In this episode, we cover:
    • The Dream Journal practice and how desire reveals deeper truth
    • What it looks like to stop over holding and begin relating to life differently
    • Right sized business and redefining success in a way that actually fits your life
    • Why intimate spaces often create deeper and more sustainable transformation
    • Amber’s Money Codes Method and uncovering adaptive safety patterns in business
    • How identity and past experiences shape results more than strategy alone
    • A reframe of the “nervous system” as grounding or root based support
    • The role of truth, grief, and fully experiencing your life
    • Letting go of outdated identities and returning to who you actually are
    • The power of poetry as a transmission of truth and lived experience

If this conversation stirred something in you, especially around how much you’ve been holding and the desire to live and lead from a more grounded, embodied place, this is where my work meets you.

My 3 month private breathwork and Reiki container supports you in expanding your capacity to feel, process, and move what’s been held in the body so your life and work can actually align with who you are now.

This is intimate, real time support for women who are ready to stop overriding themselves and start living from a deeper place of truth.

  • Can You Handle the Truth: Making Something Real with Amy Skylark Foster
    Apr 3 2026

For 30 years I have been working with energy, breath, and the body, and this conversation meets that same level of truth through the lens of making, creating, and earning mastery.

In this episode, I dialogue with Amy Foster, songwriter, novelist, and maker, in a conversation that is bold, honest, and deeply grounding.

    Amy names it clearly
“If you can’t handle the fact that you’re going to suck, then get out.”
“The universe has its own clock. Sit down. Be humble.”

This is a conversation about what it actually takes to make something real.

We talk about truth, craft, mastery, discipline, creative process, finishing what you start, and the willingness to be bad long enough to become good. We explore her life between music, writing, and making, her experience with dyspraxia, cancer, Iceland as a place of transformation, and why honesty is the doorway to real creativity.

Amy does not romanticize creativity. She respects it. Mastery is earned.

    About Amy Foster

Amy Skylark Foster, born in Victoria, British Columbia, grew up between Los Angeles and Toronto. She earned her degree at American University’s School of International Service, briefly imagining a career in diplomacy involving kaftans and dinner parties, which, sadly, is not the way diplomacy actually works.

A nudge from her father, David Foster, (a 16 time Grammy Award winning producer behind artists like Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, and Chicago) led her to songwriting, where she co wrote hits like “Home” and “Haven’t Met You Yet” with Michael Bublé. She honed her craft in Nashville, writing lyrics as her full time work, and in the process discovered her true passion in novel writing.

She is the author of When Autumn Leaves and The Rift trilogy.

An avid maker, Amy paints, spins, embroiders, knits, and sews both clothing and quilts, while continuing to write novels and the occasional lyric. Now splitting time between Portland and Akureyri, Iceland, she founded Valkyrie Fiber, the first and only Merino Icelandic yarn hybrid, and Valkyrie Craft, where she shares her mixed media art and upcycled creations while building a wider community of makers.

You can find her on Instagram @amyfosterhere and @valkyriefiber.

    Call to Action

  • Spring Equinox, Receiving, and the Art of Letting Life Meet Us
    Mar 23 2026

This conversation unfolds right on the threshold of the spring equinox, in those first hours where something begins to shift.

We begin just after a live breathwork session, with the panelists sharing what they experienced and what moved through them before we open into the wider conversation.

I was standing in dialogue with an extraordinary group of women, each of us speaking from lived experience, from our bodies, from what we are actively navigating right now.

We explored what it means to come out of winter without abandoning ourselves. To trust timing. To soften the grip of responsibility. To receive instead of constantly holding everything together.

Again and again, I heard the same thread: we are women who carry so much. We lead, we nurture, we anticipate, we hold. And yet, when it comes to receiving support, love, rest, or even simple help, there can be resistance, discomfort, or a deep question underneath it all: am I allowed to receive this?

This conversation moves through breathwork integration, ancestral connection, the nervous system, and the deeply human edges of worthiness, grief, identity, and self love.

    We talk about:

    • Releasing responsibility that was never ours to carry

    • The grief of realizing we could have softened sooner

    • The discomfort of being in the body and what that reveals

    • The practice of receiving help in small, everyday moments

    • The shift from selflessness into self honoring

    • Cycles, seasons, and trusting the intelligence of our own timing

    • The balance between doing and allowing

    • What unconditional love actually looks like in real life

There is laughter. There are tears. There is honesty that cuts straight through performance and lands in truth.

What becomes clear is this: spring is asking us to stop resisting who we already are, and to have the courage to receive the life that matches her.

If you are in a season of transition, expansion, or quiet becoming, this conversation will meet you there.

    Incredible panelists:

Destiny Dudley Deras — private chef, sommelier, and co host of The Broad Minded Podcast @the_culinary_concierge

Murisa Harba — actress, director, and author of Acting With Energy, teaching emotional intelligence through the body @murisaharba

Monica Rodgers — guide for women reclaiming vitality, pleasure, and embodied feminine leadership

Dr Alicia Newsome — executive advisor and bestselling author supporting leaders to scale without burnout @dr.alicianewsome

TeRayzah Livingstone — intimacy and relationship coach, breathwork teacher, and facilitator of women’s transformation @terasalivingstone

Tracy Hill — creator of A Beautiful Fix and host of a top 3% globally ranked podcast @abeautifulfix

Brenda Rigney — midlife business coach helping women build aligned online businesses

Dana Schmit — intuitive sound healer and storywork coach supporting deep personal transformation @danaschmit_

Robyn Cohen — actor, coach, and founder of The Cohen Acting Studio @robyncohenactingstudio

If something in this conversation resonated, and you’re ready for deeper, more consistent support, I am currently working with a small number of women inside a 3 month private online container.

This is a structured, high touch space where we work together over time with breathwork, nervous system regulation, and real time coaching to support lasting shifts in how you live, lead, and receive. • When the Room Shifted: 5 Minute Meditations, Co Regulation + Motherhood with Jessie Larson
    Mar 18 2026

In this episode, I dialogue with Jessie Larson, co creator of Five Minute Meditations for Kids, about how simple, intentional moments can shift the entire energy of a home.

I share the story of playing her meditation in the ER while Bodhi’s arm was being reset, and how everything changed. What could have been chaos became calm, connected, and deeply held.

We explore co regulation, how our nervous systems shape our children’s, and why even 2 to 5 minutes can interrupt anxiety and create real emotional shifts.

This is a conversation about motherhood, overwhelm, and the reminder that it doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful.

“Time slowed down, and I felt like we were wrapped in this bubble of love.”

“You are a good mom. We’re all doing our best.”

Connect with Jessie at Five Minute Meditations for Kids on Instagram, YouTube, and all podcast platforms.

  • Parenting + Partnership: 10 Tips for Regulating the Nervous System
    Mar 16 2026

Some mornings feel calm and connected.

    Other mornings… everyone is triggered.

In this minisode, I share 10 practical tools for regulating the nervous system in the moments when parenting, partnership, and life all collide at once.

These are simple practices I use and teach when emotions are high, time is short, and everyone’s nervous system needs support.

    Because the goal isn’t perfection.

The goal is connection, regulation, and repair.

In this short episode I talk about tools that help when:

    • a child is overwhelmed or anxious

    • you and your partner have different stress responses

    • everyone in the house is activated at the same time

    • you need to calm the moment quickly and move forward

These tools help us pause escalation and return to connection.

    10 Nervous System Regulation Tools

Here are the tools I walk through in this episode:

    • Pause the momentum

    • Slow your breathing and lengthen the exhale

    • Name what is happening emotionally

    • Change your physical posture to signal safety

    • Validate feelings before solving the problem

    • Break overwhelming moments into tiny steps

    • Understand different stress responses in couples

    • Use gentle touch or proximity for co-regulation

    • Repair quickly when things get heated

    • Remember that nervous system activation is temporary

One of the things I remind myself of constantly:

The goal is not to eliminate difficult moments.

The goal is learning how to return to connection, regulation, and repair.

Parenting and partnership are powerful places to practice nervous system awareness. And every moment of repair strengthens the relationship.

If this episode spoke to you, share it with a partner, friend, or parent who might benefit from these tools. Sometimes the smallest nervous system shifts create the biggest changes in a family.

If you’re interested in going deeper into nervous system healing and emotional regulation, I offer:

    • Private transformational breathwork and reiki sessions

    • The Authentic Creative podcast conversations

    • Retreats and in-person experiences

  • Entrepreneurship, Authenticity, and Learning to Breathe with Stephanie Fodor MacDonald
    Mar 14 2026

In this episode of The Authentic Creative: Expanding Our Capacity to Feel Good, I dialogue with my neighbor and new friend Stephanie Fodor MacDonald for a deeply honest conversation about motherhood, entrepreneurship, creativity, and resilience.

Stephanie grew up in Hawaii and began acting as a child, eventually building a career across theater, film, television, and digital media. Her life and work have taken her around the world before eventually landing in the Pacific Northwest.

Today she is also the co founder of Authenticity50, an American made bedding company she built with her husband Jimmy, dedicated to supporting U.S. manufacturing and sustainable supply chains.

But behind the success story is a very human journey. In this conversation we talk openly about:

    • Growing up in Hawaii and discovering her calling as an actor
    • Living and working in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and San Francisco
    • Starting a mission driven company supporting American manufacturing
    • The real challenges of entrepreneurship
    • Postpartum depression and the emotional realities of motherhood
    • Navigating grief, family loss, and major life transitions
    • Building a business while raising young children
    • Learning to find balance in the chaos of real life
    • Teaching children emotional regulation through breath
    • Why sleep and nervous system care matter more than we think

One of my favorite moments in the conversation is when Stephanie shares how even a simple breath with her toddler can shift an entire day: “Sometimes you just have to laugh, take a deep breath, and remind yourself that it could be worse. We’re going to be okay in the messiness.”

This episode is a reminder that authenticity is not perfection. It is the courage to keep showing up through every season of life.

  • Broken
    Mar 2 2026

In this spontaneous minisode, I’m sharing a tender, frightening, and deeply spiritual experience that unfolded for my family in Maui when Bodhi broke his arm.

I take you into the moment it happened on the beach, what moved through my body as a mother, what it was like to watch his arm be reset in the ER while playing 5 Minute Meditations for Kids podcast, and how breath, Reiki, prayer, and presence changed the energy in that room.

I share what it has been like to nurse him through recovery, navigate travel home, regulate my own overwhelmed nervous system, and find unexpected bonding and meaning in the midst of trauma.

This episode is about motherhood, devotion, shock, symbolism, and the quiet initiations that change us forever. I am still integrating it. And I invite you into that unfolding with me.
