The Doctor of Venice (Casanova ep. 1) w/ Bruno Buckley

It's a new show, with a very familiar face. Louis and Zac are joined by short-filmmaker Bruno Buckley to dive into Casanova, Russell T Davies' titillating period drama, about Italy's most famous romantic. The show stars David Tennant, Nina Sosanya, Laura Fraser, Shaun Parks, Matt Lucas, and some people who weren't in Doctor Who, and it was released in 2 or 3 parts (don't worry we'll get to that) in 2005. With a direction style much more ambitious than the shows we've reviewed so far, we knew it was time to shift our approach to commentary, and give more focus this time round to the filmmaking process, so enjoy!

We're watching every TV show created by Russell T Davies... almost. From Queer as Folk to It's a Sin, The Second Coming to Nolly, everything except a certain science fiction programme already the focus of an abundance of podcasts.
