  • #5 – Ashley Bracy
    Dec 7 2020
    Episode Notes

Ashley Bracy describers herself as an open-hearted mystic. A trauma survivor who has learned to thrive in the present, and the future, Ashley has taken her own destiny in her hands, and continues to evolve and grow.

She sits down with Steve and Shala for an in-depth and venerable discussion about the nature of healing, and how Plant Medicine has played a key role in doing so.

She's also an autodidact who reads roughly 100 books a year. She makes a few recommendations in this episode, for folks who hear the call of plant medicine, and want to get started.
