    Oct 4 2024

Much to Lance's chagrin, we're talking about identity again. But if it wasn't so confusing, it'd be easy to disidentify! When we're overwhelmed, what are we identified with? Jun 14 2024

Confused? Good! We're normally averse to the state of being confused, but in order to learn, adapt, and re-orient, we have to be able to tolerate confusion. When you're confused you can either identify with it (quick trip to madness), or if you let go of it there's more of an existential nothingness that starts to arise. But in the face of that existential nothingness there is a you that still exists - letting consciousness move through the mind and tolerating the confusion promotes exciting healing and growth.
