Dr. James Wilson, MMHC., PhD. Holds has a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and a PhD. In Organizational Psychology. He has been published twice in two Journals of the American Psychological Association. His experience includes 27 years in the mental health field to include private practice and various hospital settings. He currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Bodi Louisville. His personal philosophy is that of empowerment; developing confidence and strengths to achieve goals in life.


Katie Cox has been a licensed aesthetician for three years and is deeply passionate about skin health and confidence. She believes all skin is beautiful and is dedicated to supporting those who may be struggling to love the skin they’re in. With a holistic philosophy, she emphasizes that true skin health goes beyond topical treatments—it also includes nourishing the body with colorful foods, moving regularly, and prioritizing rest.


Known as the “Esti Bestie,” Katie is committed to guiding clients through every step of their skincare journey. Her mission is to help others invest in their skin health, embrace self-care, and recognize that the skin they wear every day is worth treating as their greatest asset. Whether through treatments, education, or encouragement, she creates a supportive space where clients feel empowered, cared for, and confident in their natural beauty.
