  • Yoga Nidra

This Yoga Nidra for deep rest is a guided meditation designed to calm the nervous system, release physical tension, and help you transition into restorative sleep.

The practice begins with gentle breath and somatic release, allowing the body to soften and feel supported in stillness. From there, you’ll be guided through a traditional Yoga Nidra body scan, intention setting (sankalpa), and subtle awareness practices that help quiet the mind and deepen relaxation.

Yoga Nidra is often called “yogic sleep” because it allows the body to enter profound rest while awareness remains softly present.

    This practice can help with:

    • difficulty falling asleep
    • mental overactivity at night
    • stress and nervous system fatigue
    • deep physical relaxation

You may remain aware throughout the practice, or naturally drift into sleep as the body settles.

Both experiences are part of Yoga Nidra.

Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.

  • Christmas Gratitude — 5-Minute Guided Meditation
    Dec 4 2025

    Send us Fan Mail

This gentle holiday meditation invites you to step out of the pressure, the pace, and the noise of the season… and soften back into yourself.

In just five minutes, you’ll be guided into a warm, comforting space where gratitude isn’t forced or performed — it’s allowed.
    Allowed to rise naturally.
    Allowed to be small.
    Allowed to be real.

You’ll rest inside a soft holiday glow, breathe into a sense of being held, and tune into the subtle moments of comfort that already support you: your breath, your body, the quiet of now. This practice honors the truth that gratitude doesn’t need to be grand or bright — sometimes the most honest version is a single warm feeling in the chest, a memory, or the simple relief of stillness.

If you’re moving through a tender season, feeling overwhelmed, or just craving a gentle pause, this meditation offers a safe place to settle, breathe, and receive.

    Come as you are.
    Rest for a moment.
Let the soft glow of Christmas gratitude wrap around you like a warm blanket.

And if this meditation brings you ease, calm, or comfort, I’d love to have you back tomorrow for another moment of peace. 🌟
