This week on Lunatic Soup, we check into one of America’s most haunted hotels—the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Built in 1886 as a luxurious mountain getaway, the Crescent has lived many lives: from a resort to a women’s college to a hospital run by Norman Baker, a notorious conman who claimed he could cure cancer. With its history of tragedy, deception, and restless spirits, it’s no wonder the Crescent has earned the title of “America’s Most Haunted Hotel.”
