We are releasing a super fun wellness series on my podcast channel and YouTube channel this year. We will focus each episode on The Wellness Project - a guide to becoming your most fabulous self! I’ll be sharing each week on different topics that will inspire and encourage your personal journey to wellness and self-care. I want to give you episodes that tap into some of the most raw and important areas of being a grown woman and the deep, raw truth of what it takes to heal and become the very best version of yourself. I have learned so much on my own journey, and I’m still learning a great deal about how to become free and loving towards myself. I want to share with you everything that has helped me overcome so much toxic self-talk, low self-esteem, and feelings of worthlessness and shame about who I used to be. My vision and mission with this project is to equip you for the best of life and the worst of life. Because I know you have a journey ahead of you and I’d love to partner with you to build on the areas of your life that really matter, like your faith, physical health, courage, relationships, self-love, wealth, boundaries, confidence and emotional maturity
