Considering that as late as 1950 the average Hispanic/Latino in California had only 8 years of school, the idea that millions of Hispanics are attending college is amazing. The numbers of college educated Hispanics are growing by leaps and bounds. Nonetheless, there are many young Hispanic men and women who lack the resources to enroll in college. Raoul has some suggestions on how these young men and women can -- with a three or four year delay -- develop thee resources needed to enroll in a four year college or university.
