  • S4.E12 Unlocking Holistic Entrepreneurship: Transforming Business for Wellness with Raj Jana
    Apr 18 2024

In this episode, host Rhiannon Rosalind delves into the heart of entrepreneurship with Raj Jana, the visionary Co-founder & CEO of Liber8.health, a human transformation company that helps individuals uncover and resolve the repressed emotions, hidden traumas, and unconscious belief systems that are contributing to poor mental & physical health. Together they explore the profound question: How do we authentically integrate healing into our lives and businesses?

In a culture that commodifies wellness, many individuals perpetually chase remedies but struggle to find lasting peace. Raj sheds light on the crucial connection between emotions, traumas, and our overall well-being. It's not just about throwing money at the problem; it's about doing the inner work to break free from the cycle.

We have to do a lot of our own work if we want to create something new and different from what’s already out there. As business leaders, we need to zoom out: when leaders prioritize their well-being, their businesses thrive in tandem. The return on investment is much greater when we focus on intricate holistic systems.

From recalibrating our perspectives on employee health to redefining success beyond monetary gains, we explore the multi-dimensional currencies of business. Survival mindset with money will not serve us; it's time to embrace the holistic approach where crisis can be a catalyst for transformation.

Tune in as we uncover the ripple effects of prioritizing emotional, physical, and environmental health in business decisions. Prosperity can encompass not only financial wealth but also the flourishing of our people and planet – and this is where we start.
