James 1: 2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, a whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance..

Throughout the bible in both the old and new testaments, the words translated as “test” mean “to prove by trial.” Therefore, when God tests His children, His purpose is to prove that our faith is real.

The testing of our faith are tests we take to discover if we really believe what we say we believe because, the fact of the matter is, we don't know what we really believe until we're put in a position where we're being tested to see if we will step out in faith in what we say we believe.

1 Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

The Bible begins with "In the beginning God!"

Let’s keep god at the beginning where he belongs, in the beginning of everything concerning our lives. So lets keep things in their proper order

Because God is the beginning & the ending, the first and the last. Everything begins with God and everything ends with God

God is love, spo this means – love should be at the beginning of everything we say or do, love should be the goal of everything we say or do, Love should be our motive, the reason we do everything we do, and love should be the ultimate reason, the outcome, the fruit that grows from everything we do

Matthew 11
28 "Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and
I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls

Both rest and restoration are gifts from God. In Jesus we can find rest, a rest which can only be received by trusting in his grace, his faithfulness, and his presence rather than personal effort. Rest is the first requirement that enables restoration; in other words you must sit down in "heavenly rest" to receive the power of divine restoration. The purpose of rest is to renew our energy, vitality, joy, and spiritual strength, and transform weariness into wholeness.

Rest and restoration depend on the condition of our heart, our internal state of being and focus is on the inner person, providing relief from stress, anxiety, and the burdens of life.

Romans 4:20 yet, with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God,

The word "depend", is the key principle found in both faith and faithfulness

That's because faith is learning to depend on God in every situation and circumstance and faithfulness is being dependable – the kind of person others depend on and the kind of person God uses.

Faithfulness is a word that focuses inside the self, because
faithfulness has to do with how reliable or trustworthy i am.

Our faith however, is focused on God, because true faith has to do with how reliable and trustworthy we believe God is

Hebrews 12:28-29 Therefore, since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us be filled with gratitude, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe. "for our God is a consuming fire.”

As disciples our goal should be to cultivate within ourselves the unshakable faith and an immovable heart of Jesus

This is not something that can come about by osmosis or magic, it can only come by rooting our life in the unshakable unmovable Word of God and all the values and principles He has given us in His Word.

Too many of us are given over to the fluctuating circumstances of life when we should be actively anchored to the Word of God through study, meditation, prayer and reflection.

Matthew 22:37-39 Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
