Starting since the early days of the pandemic in an effort to provide trusted health information and resources, Community Calls has continued to tackle public health concerns and issues. Taped with a live virtual audience of community leaders and individuals, we cover what's going on locally in Baltimore City and provide guidance on health concerns, from cancer screenings to the latest on COVID to social needs that impact health. Join our hosts, Dr. Panagis Galiatsatos (Dr. G) and Ms. Kimberly Hailey-Fair and tune in to hear about current public health updates, community concerns and successes, and listen to residents' questions get answered.     Alba Azola, M.D., is a rehabilitation physician helping patients restore function and movement after an injury or illness. Her expertise includes neurorehabilitation and rehabilitation for swallowing disorders.

    Dr. Azola completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Johns Hopkins Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, where in her final year she was awarded the Frank L. Coulson, Jr. Award for Clinical Excellence. Prior to the residency, she was a post-doctoral fellow at the Swallowing Neurophysiology Laboratory at Johns Hopkins.
