I can't wait to hear more episodes. You do justice to the show Columbo and Peter Falk. It's refreshing to see Colombo have a lot of fun with a prime suspect; drinking, reciting poetry, telling jokes...so much fun! I think I disagree with you about his family. They are part of the conspiracy to buy and sell guns, but not the murder. They may suspect that our murderer killed the weapons supplier, but I don't think they know that he did it. You also suggested that the younger guy was perhaps a homosexual friend of the murderer, or perhaps his lover. I got the impression he was his younger brother or relative.
