I love it. it's like Dr Kinney sifted through all the declassified documents most of Us are too lazy to review, make connections, verify these connections and tell the output of that analysis through a great story.

fantastic! Addictive! Totally scary...

Stories behind the stories of what I took for granted as a child growing up in a large NE urban city, Life of sheltering in the basement of our school and donning gas masks. I still see those fallout shelter signs now and again. Nostalgic in a somewhat macabre but informative and entertaining way.

Informative return to days of nuclear attack drills in elementary school.

Great episode as always, but I'd like to make two additions:
The first is an extremely rare film from the early 60s- "Ladybug, Ladybug" about a group of high school students sent home from school after an atomic alert.
The second is "Testament" from the early 80s. A gut-wrenching work made by PBS about a suburan California family as their world crumbles after the (unseen) devastating nuclear exchange.

Don't expect much action from either of these, rather they challenge the viewer to think what their own reactions might be.

Two omissions

Great insights to some matters & details I don't think I've ever heard of elsewhere.

Topics, insights and narration are all terrific.

It is read haltingly. I found that quite distracting. If a better reader could be found perhaps it would be better .
