The guest for this episode is Paul McGuinness.

Paul is a former footballer who played in the Football League for Crewe Alexandra and Chester City. But most notable Paul is known for his time with Manchester United, having played a key role in building their world leading academy, including a period between 2005 and 2016 he has been manager of Manchester United's under-18 team. Paul is also the son of former Manchester United player and manager Wilf McGuinness, holds a degree in physical education gained from Loughborough University.

Paul joins Yas to discuss a the role of coach developers, how to outwit your opponent and how coaches can become better at examining the fine margins that could provide an exponential impact with players. Enjoy!

Following many requests around more interactive segments on the podcast, myself and colleague Gerard Jones get together each week to discuss questions that have been put to us, topics requested and themes that have emerged from our own experiences. These discussions take place live as part of a 'X' space every Sunday evening GMT. You could get involved live or listen back right here on a Wednesday.

Discussions typically range from 30-60 minutes and each episode Gerard and myself will be going into some real depth and sharing our views and opinions on the topic to leave with you key takeaways to consider in your own environments.
