Since the age of 15, Casino's Brian Olive has been working at The Casino Food Co-op. 54 years later, he proudly reflects on his career in the meat industry and how things have changed for the better. Not only has Brian been a loyal employee of Australia's largest member owned co-operative, he's also been a mentor to many employees who've worked at the meatworks. He's worked hard encouraging Indigenous employees to break the cycle and be proud of their jobs.
