Beautifully guided and effective meditation

I've been seeking a meditation to unblock my root chakra and am so delighted to have found it in this podcast. I will be repeating this meditation as part of my daily Focus exercises. Beautifully done, expertly guided and you can feel the compassion of the guide as she takes you through this very vital root chakra balancing.

Can’t wait for more episodes!

LOVE this podcast. I wanted to learn more about chakras but in a meditative setting and this is exactly that. The music and voices are beautiful! Holding for new episodes soon!
