Richard Blass is an infamous gangster and multiple murderer. Born in Montreal, he is nicknamed Le Chat, French for The Cat, because of his luck in escaping death after surviving at least three assassination attempts from the Italian mafia, a police shootout, and escaping from police custody three separate times.
For the period Between 1965 and 1975, Blass is a prime suspect in 21 murder cases. Richard Blass is a brilliant, arrogant, and very dangerous criminal. He ends up killed by police in cold blood.

To this day, one question remains unresolved. Who was behind the murder of Richard Blass? Was it simply the cops getting revenge after years of being publicly embarrassed by the criminal master? Or were Durocher and Lacoste corrupt cops hired by the hated Italian mob to whack Blass?
