  • Episode 003: The Value of Being Intentional
    Dec 27 2022
Welcome to episode 003 of The Capital Catalyst Show hosted by Brad Blazar. In this episode Brad sits down with Christian Evans and they talk about building your well before your thirst. “When you find yourself as a part of something greater than your own selfish ambitions, you don’t get muddled up in the day-to-day things of life, and you create a work habit. That consistent work habit creates emotional stability, which makes this journey a whole lot simpler,” Christian Evans has said of the incredible impact that mentorship and positive association have had on his life. He didn’t make it very far down that path before he realized that it wasn’t for him—that he was missing something fundamental. That fundamental element that he was lacking just so happened to be mentorship. Luckily for Christian, he had grown up in a household that valued positive associations. He fought hard to be taken seriously and for the chance to be coached & mentored Because he was given the opportunity to be mentored by such outstanding people, Christian feels that he now has the responsibility—and the privilege—to pay it forward. What you’ll learn about in this episode: Sales pitch vs relationship Scaling your expectations Advice for the budding entrepreneur Using your strengths & knowing your expertise Choosing the right vehicle for your success – working smarter not harder Methods for investor outreach & leveraging strategies Learning to “embrace the suck” Creating trust through transparency & honesty Christian’s Resources:  Website: https://www.christiandevans.com/ Other website: https://growthstackinc.com/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/christi26199821 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/evansandfamily/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/ChristianDEvansEliteSideHustler  Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/journey-with-christian-d-evans/id1396344349 Brad’s Resources: Website: https://www.bradblazar.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/brad.blazar/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bradblazar/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/bradblazar/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC82kLfWAkPeCFg4AIEprvfQ/videos Learn more about your ad choices.
