Gastronomist, Sancho Machimbarrena, spoke to his supervisors on the Food Business and Innovation Masters programme, Dr. Lana Repar and Dr. Joe Bogue, about his project to harvest insects so they can be integrated into food products, like protein shakes or sauces, as well as finding out about the FBI programme and how it helps students establish their own start-ups in the industry.
