The C3 Foundation is run by Claudia Christian and Jenny Williamson. Ms. Williamson manages most of the day to day aspects of this non-profit organization. C3 educates doctors, healthcare professionals, and the public about TSM, how it works, how to implement it, and how to find available prescribers, knowledgeable doctors, and TSM coaches.
