Nathan Manwaring is considered a cycling shaman to the spandex community. He’s earned the reputation for accomplishments like being one of three cyclist to hold the LOTOJA record, as well as being a highly decorated cyclist, possibly his greatest feat could be training and coaching Preston and Tom to a podium finish at their first LOTOJA finish line.

Nathan has a brilliant mind capable of digesting the science of sport, nutrition, and endurance. But there’s something about his pursuit of stillness that captivates those who spend time with him.

“Think for yourself and find time to sit with your thoughts” Shaman Manwaring
