A 23 year old cold case has finally been solved and brought to justice. Due to today's technology and forensic science, a 6 year old John Doe was finally identified as William DeShawn Hamilton. He was found in a wooded area in a small church cemetery February 26, 1999 in Dekalb County, GA. His mother was found not guilty on all counts expect for one January 12, 2024.
