Completely shocking! The conversation then shifts to the disturbing story from Charlotte, North Carolina, involving lifelong criminal Decarlos Brown Jr. and his brutal attack and murder of Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska, who was riding a train home after getting off work.
