The other day, I got asked an interesting question: “How do you seem to have it all together?”

It was flattering to hear, but I answered honestly: “I don’t always get it right, but I do have a framework that helps me stay aligned with who I want to be.”

After hearing me talk about it, they looked at me and said, “Why don’t they teach this in school?”

Their reaction made me realize how valuable this framework can be, so I wanted to share it with you.
