We talk about the learning the Art, technique and traditions of honey biscuit icing and discuss the creative collaborations Nicole has facilitated between some of the youngest and some of oldest members of the Barossa community.
You can find the honey biscuits iced by Nicole and Summer until December 22 at the Apex Bakery.
