As a child counselor/parent educator, victim, and crisis intervention specialist now for 14 years, I found Sven on TikTok a year ago and then found the love cup book on audible. Since then I have shared Badass Counseling with 90% of others I talk to either inside and outside my profession! (I speak to hundreds of people each week) This soul healing process by Sven is beyond what any words could possibly describe!! The term, “Self help” is not even powerful enough for this material! Now I’ve just started divine into the podcasts! Love it!!

This is one of the most "realistic" down to earth, pull no punches soul searching and soul finding shows I've listened to. Life is tough, and we all need reminders of ways we can pull through or make changes to be better, or even just ourselves (as in my case through childhood trauma, neglect and adult poor decisions and family toxicity) I've been in traditional counseling for 6 years, which has helped, but different perspectives are wonderful too. Sven's no nonsense communication with his guests and the audience makes it seem not as hard to do the work. Most importantly, we all can use a little push or help once in a while, but Truly we need to be our true selves. Something it has taken me way to long to figure out and still working through. I wish I would have found this 20 years ago or longer.
