    Cold and rainy! We’re number one! Coldest beginning of October in a very long time!
    Workouts in! 3.51 km run in 28.09 (while on the phone!), then off to do 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats + rows, back, deadlifts, and shoulders. Then out for another 4.57km run in 28.23.
    Big day making calls! Always tough to gauge when to call, but these have to be done. Talked to my Uncle, no one is Ukrainian dancing.
    GOLD a moving! Bigly! Is the USD oversold? But how much does this really matter?
    Students are using ChatGPT, should this be called out or just let it go?
    And another TikTok LIVE done and in the books! How can I make this more regular?

    Back to Changping for a couple of days, rainy all the way.
    Workouts in! Didn’t go outside until I took out the garbage so worked out at home, including using the treadmill for the first time in a long time! Almost 4.91 km done in about 45 minutes.
    GOLD a moving! Over $4000 USD an ounce now!
    Starbucks closing stores! Including Seattle Sodo roastery! … They just unionized last year! Time to short?
