In this episode, I talk about anger. It's one of my least favorite emotions on the spectrum, and I don't like myself when I'm angry.
I used to identify with having a temper, and I reflect on my history with reactivity, and how becoming a parent to a toddler has brought this emotion back into my body in ways I wasn’t prepared for.
I share tools my somatic therapist has taught me to safely move anger through the body.
This episode also briefly touches on self-harm, so please take care while listening and skip if this feels activating for you.
