Alan P.C. Kenna is a NLP practitioner, mindset coach and dad. He has 13 year plus working in the high stress environment of pre hospital care while raising 2 kids with his wife Vitalija in Dublin, Ireland.

Life has had its challenges and it was during a breakthrough that Alan discovered the power of mindset and personal development.

A student of life Alan continues to practise and grow his knowledge of mindset and positive thinking daily with the sole aim of helping others to turn their life around no matter what the circumstances.

Alan specialise in eliminating anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt along side any negative or liming belief that is holding you back from having exactly what you want in life and becoming the best version of yourself.
