Mind blowing!

Learned more about what is happening in a women’s body leading up to menopause and post menopause. The doctor explains things in a way that is so easy to understand! So happy to have resources on this topic. Mel- another home run again on this episode!!

If you’re 40 or over and a woman (or love a woman) - you GOTTA listen!

My mind is blown. This has so much information and insights into the process of menopause. Explains SO many symptoms I’ve experienced some my late 40s. I’ll be listening multiple times and sharing with my daughters!!

The truth

The amount of information is out of this world. I started following both of these women on TikTok. We need more women talking and helping women. We are so often lumped in with what works for men and women suffer for that. I am struggling with the weight, the pain, the inflammation. I am so excited to start this healing and now I have information to go with to the doctor to truly be heard. Thank you Both!!!!
