  • 079: A Broken Ankle Will Do That
    Dec 31 2025

    This episode wasn’t planned.

TJ and I were supposed to record our 2025 recap, but plans changed when I broke my ankle at Santa’s Wonderland on December 21st. So instead of forcing the schedule, I wanted to sit with what actually happened.

This episode is just me being honest about how much this sucks, what it feels like to be forced to slow down, and why it’s okay to hate the moment you’re in. We talk about frustration, stillness, control, and how moments that shock you can still reveal something meaningful (without pretending they’re good or necessary).

The year-end recap episode is still coming.

This one just needed to happen first.

  • 078: A Creative Refresh
    Dec 17 2025

After burnout and the slow fade, creativity doesn’t come back loud, it comes back clear.

This episode is about a creative refresh: how imagination and purpose actually return when you stop forcing it and start realigning your rhythms, values, and inner life. We talk about rest, obedience, clarity, and why renewal is usually quieter than we expect, but far more sustainable.

If you’ve been craving a reset, this conversation is for you.
