Extremely helpful

As someone who realized her own mortality at the age of 7 (followed by her very first full blown panic attack) and trying to deal with the fear of unknown on a daily basis ever since, I can say this episode was tremendously helpful. As a person who is now technically considered “old” and someone who also likes to plan and list and organize, I am convinced that it’s going to be amazing to plan out how things go with my stuff after I’m gone. I’m also going to take some time to atone for stuff. 💜
