Tewodros I to Zera Yacob the Great

Following the Death of Dawit I, the Ethiopian throne passed to his sons and grandsons in a series of reigns that were short and uneventful except for the reign of his second son Yishaq I which was significant in the way his father's reign had been. However, it was the reign of Dawit I's youngest son, Zera Yacob, which would prove transformative for Ethiopia.
