  • Ten years have passed since Nicky Reilly took a homemade bomb into an Exeter restaurant and attempted to kill the people eating and drinking inside.

    Reilly was a Muslim convert who had travelled from Plymouth by bus earlier that day with the intention of bringing death and destruction to the busy shopping area.

    The extraordinary events were even more shocking because until it happened nobody really imagined that such an event could take place in the relatively quiet cathedral city in the south west of England.
