Tell Me Something Good

Eyup melts! Excited to share this weeks episode. Did something a little different. The podcast is still new at only 40 eps and I typically write a portion of each episode to give me something to work with, a safety net.

Today , after 10 months of working on this I decided to show up with nothing at all, just sit in front of the mic and see if I can be more relaxed, more flowing, more natural. To see what pops up and feel more like a conversation.
